Hi, I'm Anna!

I’m the founder of Definitely Move - a wife, a mom of two, a Zumba addict, a personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, and your soon-to-be favorite coach.

I’m also the woman who hit a post-baby rock bottom and rebuilt herself from the inside out, losing 70 pounds, uncovering sculpted feminine muscle, healing decades of old wounds, and creating a life that finally feels like magic.

I rebuilt my strength, my confidence, and my identity.

And somewhere along the way, I became that girl. The one who posts dancing memes while deadlifting her feelings… and inspires other women to rise too.

Now I help women who forgot who they were meant to be come back to life -stronger, sexier, happier, and fully in love with themselves again.
